Owner’s Bio
DeMonte embarked on his construction career in 2013, aiming to create generational wealth for his four children through the renovation of homes and the establishment of a rental property portfolio. Lacking any inheritance, he believed that acquiring hands-on skills was the most effective way to achieve his ambitions. During this period, he enrolled at DMACC, initially pursuing a degree in business administration before transitioning to the building trades program. It was here that he gained practical experience by constructing homes for Habitat for Humanity, mastering various carpentry techniques while completing his certification.
Concurrently, he spent a couple of years working for a commercial construction firm, where he contributed to the development of apartment complexes. After relocating back to Omaha, DeMonte joined a residential remodeling company, dedicating six years to learning all facets of remodeling. He also gained valuable experience in materials testing while earning his associate’s degree in construction management. His diverse experiences across the construction sector have equipped him with the ability to adapt to various project styles and effectively communicate with trade partners involved in each project. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, DeMonte and his team of professionals are dedicated to turning your visions into reality.
